About us
MLM Engineering, is your best choice when you are in the need for a land surveyor. We have been serving the community since 1985. No property is too big or too small. Give us a call. A few things to keep in mind on a property line survey: 1) Virtually all property lines surveys require filing records with the county; make sure this is covered in the estimate, not as an add-on. 2) Most property line surveys will cost a minimum of $750 to cover office research and calculation time, field crew time and final mapping and recordation with the county. 3) If you receive an estimate from another firm for less then $900, make absolutely sure item 1 is covered, or you may become subject to additional charges and liens may be filed upon your property to force payment. 4) Elevation certificate for FEMA can usually be done for $800 minimum. "MLM does not design, build or have information on domes. Our contract spell out specifically what service we provide, if the homeowner wishes more services, we provide an hourly rate sheet for additional work."
"Field work is often only the tip of the iceberg for the service we provide."
"Certified crew was not acceptable to client, although all legal and required oversight was provided by licensed personnel. Became rude and irate, was not charged for work done."
