I was impressed by the timeliness and quality of the installation of our new roof in Great Falls, but I write this review to single out the exceptional service provide by Aiden Soofi, who coordinated all of the effort, including the initial inspection (which revealed hail damage), the filing of a claim with my insurance company, and several site visits, including one where his experience and expertise was critical to demonstrating for the insurance company the cause of the damage. After the claim was approved, Mr. Soofi carefully explained all of my options, brought samples to my home, and identified the materials he recommended for the new roof. At each step of the way, I was always impressed by his professional manner and in depth knowledge. I am pleased to award five stars to MLM, but I wish that I could add a sixth star to my review of Mr. Soofi's work.

Service oriented, hard working, highly recommended

They were all sweet and nice when we were signing up to have our roof replaced. Very helpful. Then we wanted to have our fascia and siding boards wrapped. It was something we'd spoken to the salesman about when we paid the down payment for the roof, but weren't sure about. I did actually get a call back from him after five (I think?) on a Friday, and I couldn't talk. Said we'd reconnect the next week. Straight up impossible to get a hold of the guy on the phone after that, I should have taken advantage of the phone call while I had him, I guess. Even when multiple people in the office have said they would have him call us back, he never ever does. So, we ended up not getting the wrapping just because we couldn';t get the salesman on the line. That's annoying, but whatever. But then they replaced the roof in the middle of a rain storm. Three seconds of googling got me this on why that's bad: & That said, pros say a new roof should never be installed over wet wood or a wrinkled barrier. Doing so goes against the building codes in most communities and the shingles won't adhere. Now they won't respond to our emails, even when we're asking who to send payment to. Complete radio silence, for the most part. I've emailed the salesman we initially spoke to, the reps we were put in contact with over the project. Nothing from any of them. One guy in the office did actually get back to us, the communication coordinator or something like that, when we asked who we should be paying. Then we email that person, and they don't get back to us either. These people are snake oil salesmen, in my opinion. I'm honestly wondering whether the warranty we got with the roof will even be honored when/if shingles start falling off. They would have to answer emails for that to happen, and MLM is straight up horrible at answering emails or calling customers back, in my experience.

The sales pitch was not a "pitch". Our rep Brad was very personable and came across as a very honest caring person. He sold us as much as the Owens Corning seal did, Very pleased from start to finish, Showed up when promised, finished in one day and did a fantastic clean up job.

MLM works as a team and all the coordinated effort amongst the members culminate into the delivery of a high quality product and professional service. It started with the sales rep's excellent presentation and ends with the project manager's return to check and review the clean up job of the crew as well as the quality of work accomplished when completed.

Too many issues to state here. Mainly they are poor in customer service and in installation. Our screen door still does not close properly even after they came back out to fix it. If there is a problem they don't seem to know what to do, even when they brought out the manufacturer.

Great sales experience and they delivered on time, did my roof in one day and cleaned up very well afterwards.

Excellent company, well versed In roofing, great salesmanship and excellent prices. The knowledgeable sales Staff educated me in roofing and everything that is required for a well built home. After I was offered a extremely fair and more than reasonable price, I didn’t think twice and gave them my business. The job was completely within hours and well done. I highly recommend this company.

Crew arrived late and did not get started until after 10 am. They ended up working until after dark to finish up. Was not real comfortable with having workers on the roof in the dark! The final inspection has not happened yet, since I do not live in the area (this was my father's house). Overall, the job looks good, but there are several areas that may need some "fixing" before I sign off on it. A couple little "fish eyes" and some areas around the chimneys and vents that don't appear to be lying flat.

Although the overall work that was done is above average, there were serious coordination issues with the roof replacement, making it somewhat stressful. I would recommend MLM, however, I would stress that customers carefully review their contract and go over them with the install team before any work starts. Also, make sure clean up, especially nails, is done with great care.
