M.L. Painting Pros did an outstanding job painting the entire exterior of our house. The finished result looks fantastic, and we could not be more pleased.
Mario, the leader, and team were professional, punctual, and easy to work with from start to finish. The crew worked hard, showed up when they said they would, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.
We were especially impressed with the effort and results on the bay window repair. It came out excellent and made a big difference in the overall appearance of the house.
The price was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the whole experience was very positive. We would absolutely hire M.L. Painting Pros again and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting work.

Mario called and came out the day I put in homeadvisor ,gave me a good price on painting the aluminum trim on my two story house ...weather has been good his team powerwashed next day and painted the next day 8.30am finished 2pm two coats of paint looks great đź‘Ť

Mario is very authentic and has great work ethic when it comes to his painting work. Not only he gives very competitive pricing, he and his team does phenomenal work with perfection and ensures the customer is satisfied. There were little details and extra mile that he went which commendable. One example is when the team power washed the vinyl and it broke the vents, Mario not only bought replacement vents for no additional cost, he matched the color of the house and applied on the vent instead of leaving it as white. I know who I am calling when I have another painting job.

I was extremely happy with the job Mario and crew at M & L Painting did on staining my large deck and two sets of steps. He was very professional and easy to work with.. Also was able to schedule right away for the next week and finish in one day as it was a smaller job for him. They worked all day non stop and even sanded the handrails on my steps nice and smooth.
TheY cleaned up very nicely also. I would definitely hire him again if I need any painting or remodeling work done. GREAT jOB!

Found company on Angi. Ratings were high Texted for a quote and received a return call within minutes. Mario in the area and available to come by immediately to quote the job. Perfect!!!! Appeared as promised. Gave a conditional verbal quote matching the detailed written quote he emailed same night. What prompted seeking of quote from a company on Angi in the first place was the door to door solicitation by another painting company. Needed to compare pricing. So very glad we did. Mario’s quote included repairs, we didn’t realize were needed. Also included front door and garage doors and chimney. He was incredibly thorough. He has years of experience and pride in his business. Though the quote was higher, it was reasonable for all the work he was doing and he instilled confidence. Excellent communication. Showed up as promised. Outstanding work by his crew. Finished early. Clean job site each day. Responsive to questions. Excellent paint matching. Cannot say enough good things.

I read the community paper nextdoor which talks about experiences of the neighbors especially services they hire. ML Painting was highly recommended. I am pleased I went with this company as they (Mario) keeps his word; came on time with his crew; stayed on the job working and finished the work in time per agreement. Work area is clean and Mario and his crew are polite people. Yes I would hire them again.

This is the second time I have used Mario and his team. The first was to paint the exterior of our home. He did such a fantastic job, my sister and brother-in-law hired him to do their home. Just recently we hired Mario to repair some drywall and paint our foyer, staircase and hallways. There was a LOT of trim work to be done. Mario and his team were fantastic. I was excited to come home to see the great work that they did. I trust them to be in my home and to handle everything with care. I will most certainly hire them next time we need work done. And I would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work at a fair price.
