Let me tell you, I was totally excited to rate Mario and his team for the job they did to my house. My house needed not only someone that knew paint, but someone that knew the replacement of wood and gutters, etc. 25 years since it was built, it was due to a major refab on the exterior. I picked up really quickly that Mario was an expert and had a total passion for what he does. I picked his brain and relied heavily on his expertise that was spot on when it came to helping me through decisions of color, quality, wood replacement, timing... all of it. The thing that most impressed me was the efficiency and how thorough he painstakingly checked every board, nail, joint to ensure the house was brought back to DAY 1, no rotted wood, no unpuddied joints, a house we are very proud to show to friends and family. I can't say enough about the work Mario and his team did. I have had many companies in my nearly 40 years of service formy properties and structures, and I think M.L. Painting was by far the best experience, quality, and value for the money I have ever received from a contract service company. Before you look to the big box companies with the slick sales presentations, I recommend you take a serious look at M.L. Painting Pros for any paint, exterior, interior, and especially if your project requires wood replacement from years of weather and hard winters. His team is fair, efficient, on time, and actually fun to have around while they quickly get the job done. I am now not hesitating to give these guys my interior work this fall and early winter as we begin to turn our projects indoors. I am confident in the fairness, quality, expertise, and efficiency they will provide to the most important investment I own... My home. One more thing - My Grandfather always taught me to leave the campground in better shape than you found it, I think Mario and his team took that advice to heart from someone in their careers. The job looked like painters and woodwork never happened around it. It was amazing!

Excellent job on the deck, even though they unexpectedly had to replace all the deck boards. The crew was very good and neat. The deck looks like new. We would highly recommend them for outdoor or interior work.

Great to work with. They did a great job painting most of first floor and lots of drywall repair from ceiling lights and wallpaper removal.

The company calls itself Most Legit (ML) Painting. I wish I had a good experience but Mario who seems like a nice guy just walked off the project after starting it. He started the project of painting 16 deck columns and staining a deck by power washing the deck and spot sanding the fiberglass columns. Then I get a call one evening saying he underbid the project. He said it was taking more time than he thought for prep and painting and was going to lose money. He wanted to walk off the job. I offered to work with him on fee and he agreed to finish the project. But then the next day he came out and pulled off the job. I tried reaching him by phone and text but he has gone dark. He will take your deposit but not finish the job. Beware of this contractor. Certainly not Most Legit.

M.L. Painting Pros did a fantastic job taking down wallpaper, patching and painting. They also powerwashed the deck and shed and painted the deck! They were quick to respond, quick for a quote and it only took a day and a half to get everything done. I would hire them again in a second!

They did everything fantastic! Workmanship, attitude, customer service and cleanup. It was great experience.
