Unprofessional and rude. Company was selected by my home warranty. Companies? phone system is completely automated and couldn?t speak to a person. Michael did show up during the advertised window for the appointment. When I didn?t understand why the fridge couldn?t be repaired the same day I received a rude explanation as to why (not having parts available). This was new for me since a prior company had fixed the fridge the same day of the first appointment After the parts did arrive and a follow up appointment was scheduled he never showed up to install them. Multiple attempts by myself and the home warranty company were made to contact someone without success. In the end the parts were never installed and service never completed.
