There was something that wasn't right and I asked him to fix it. He refused by giving me reasons why it might not work instead of making it right. Will not hire again.

I did what she asked me to. wrinkles in her carpet are gone. Due to the inferior metal strip used by the previous installer, it was not perfect. I located a new metal strip and offered to go back and replace her old one. She will not take my calls. Evidently, some people would rather be miserable.

Visiting pooch ate the carpet around the door when he was shut in a bedroom. Found Mark on Angi. I told him I was checking around for estimates and he called back later in the day to see if I had made a decision. Told him I had gotten a lower quote and he matched their price. He was able to schedule me quickly, called when he was on the way, and arrived on time. Mark was friendly and efficient and repaired my doggy damage to almost indiscernible. Donâ  t hesitate to give M & M Floor Covering a try. Great price and great service.

They were really very straight forward in explaining what was going to happen, why certain things couldnt happen, and how long the work was going to take. They were on the money, no differentiation, we were very comfortable with what they did and how they priced it. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their service
