Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Our old elevated porch was built 30-40 years ago and the untreated cantilevers were starting to decay. Mark and his team removed the cantilevers sealing them inside the house frame and completely re-built the elevated porch while increasing the porch floor area. All materials were treated and the porch looks beautiful. It only took 4 days to complete the project. We are very happy with the results. Norm and Catherine Sadler.

Chain Link Fence Installation

Chimney or Fireplace - Clean and Inspect
I had a small (ahem) creosote fire in my chimney. I called M&M after the fire department left, and they were out the same day. Excellent work!

Mark replied within 1 minute of my request and Eric arrived within an hour and a half to clean the chimney. He found that the liner was improperly installed at the top of the chimney and made the corrections. A previous Chimney Sweeper did not do that. I'm very pleased with the work that was completed and the care that Eric took while working, both inside and out.

They arrived one time and started working quickly. Mark took the time to make sure the tiles lied as I wanted them too, for aesthetic purposes. He came to my house on a Sunday, which worked well for me since my husband and I both work outside of the home M-F, so kudos to him for being flexible and accommodating.

Both Shawn and Mark were very professional and reliable. Shawn consistently asked if I was satisfied with his work and demonstrated a thorough working knowledge while at the same time suggesting possible alternatives for a lower cost. Clean-up was complete and I was very satisfied with the estimate/cost. I would definitely hire this company again.
