"We take this matter very seriously and want to clarify a few points. The unit was installed according to manufacturer specifications, and after installation, a manufacturers representative inspected and verified that the installation was completed properly. Regarding the current concern, the reported noise appears to be a manufacturer-related issue. As discussed, we are planning to replace the unit to address this. In order to properly assess any potential damage, we will need to open the affected wall area to determine the full scope, if any damage is present. We remain committed to resolving this matter appropriately and professionally."
