I love my new deck. Mike was prompt and worked with us to fit into our budget. He gave us a timeline and was able to complete before his projected completion date. He can back to seed the areas that where the had to dig. I posted pics on FB and a friend who works in the business as a pro contractor said top notch work! :)

I had some negative experiences with this company: 1.) The project was started more than two weeks LATER than they initially said it would. 2.) The final cost was 41% MORE than the initial estimate. 3.) The cleanup afterwards was "marginal" at best. (I had to pick up dozens of nails, gutter guards, and other old roof pieces & scraps.) 4.) Eight months after the work was complete, the roof started leaking. (The corner of the rubber roof had blown off, which tells me they didn't use long enough nails to attach it in the first place.) They did, however, come back and fix it at no additional charge.

I had a patch of shingles damaged during a wind storm. M&M where able to do the work the very next day. Like the other reviewer said they are courteous, professional, and ensured any mess was cleaned up.

My steel roof is better than i thought it would be. M&M is tops.

Workers were courteous , and cleaned up all roofing materials.
