We own a Townhome that is no a slab.. the last three years ...when we have a rain storm ...our carpet gets wet !! Each year I call a Contractor . He comes out and looks at the problem, but never comes back to repair ! However, this year I called Mike N Mike Construction in Lake Station and 29 minutes later Mike Heacock was here and he said he had an opening the following Monday. From my experience I wondered if he would come , but he was here today Monday August 7th I couldn't believe how hard he worked !! He did a GREAY job and I recommend him highly !! ... I guess his specialty is building decks, but he could do anything ...
