M&M Construction and Cleaning Services, Inc.

Modesto was very professional...... showed up on time every day and did a exceptional job.... I highly recommend.... I have more projects that Iâ m going to higher Modesto for... his price beats anyone...

I cannot be happier with the work Modesto did. The work was to build a retaining wall and put patio at my house. Modesto helped us with planning and design. He is very knowledgeable and provided invaluable tips. The price was very reasonable and didn't change during the project (as it had happened with some other contractors). The communication and responsiveness were above expectations. The end result is just great. I am looking forward for the next project that I can work with Modesto again.

They have great vision and the ability to administer quality work to make it happen.

M&M is the most reliable professional I have had the pleasure of working with. I have plans for projects next year and I thoroughly look forward to working with them again. I felt well informed about the process from start to end, and learned a good amount along the way.

Great knowledge in his profession but willing to except recommendations to satisfy the client

Arrives on time. Keeps schedule. Leverage their experience to help you make the best decisions for your situation.

They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to overcome unexpected challenges. Very pleased with our new patio.

Professional and responsive. Amazing attention to detail.

I have a concrete driveway and several squares were cracked. Modesto and his team gave me the same time and attention he would give a customer installing a full driveway. His work was excellent and his customer service e could not have been better. He also repaired a corner of my concrete front steps that was crumbling. I would hire him again for any job, large or small.

Modesta did a amazing job with my project. His price was fair and reasonable. He is professional, prompt and reliable he listens to exactly what you want done and the work is done to perfection. I would recommend him highly and will be using him for another future project this summer. Thank you M&M Construction and Cleaning Services Inc. for an incredible job!

We will use them next summer to do more work

Modesto Mesa, the owner, was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He and his workers told us what to expect, arrived and completed the work on schedule. They did a first-rate job for a reasonable price.

very satisfied

They do great work. Hire them and get a specific date and time for work to begin. Things went well.

All I have to say is I'm very, very happy with not just my patio but my walk way as well. This is a great company and I will definitely recommend them any given day. I have more projects coming and I know I'm going to be very pleased with the outcome. Thank you M&M Construction for you service!

Came and did the with problems , fast call back k response

Very happy with Modesto's work overall.highly recommended.

Modesto and his team did an outstanding job - detail-oriented, fast, and pleasant. We had some minor communication issues - after the initial visit for the team to assess the project, I had to call to follow up to first get the quote, and then again to find out when the work was starting, and then again to find out when they were returning to complete the project - but each call was answered swiftly, and for all three calls, the quote, work, and completion was handled the very next day. The team did detailed, thorough work in repairing our badly-crumbling foundation. For the quote, we were given a tour and overview of what needed to be done, and the explanation was clear and concise. For the review after the completion of the project, we were again shown in detail the work they did. They left the work site completely clean and the work on the foundation was immaculate (and I want to note they were working in 100 degree heat!). The work was completed faster than expected, and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Modesto and his team.

Modesta. The person I deal with is not reliable with work or punctuality .I have to be calling him constantly, he always promises to be there but does not show up (No call, No show. The job he did is substandard. I notified him told him I was delaying his review so he can come and do the job right. He came last week the 24th July, promising to return on 6th August, but as usual no call, no show. I have spent a lot of money and I am looking to better R O I. Also I am tired of the attitude of some of the ?Pro?s". MB

It took awhile but their work was excellent. Modesto was great to work with but their scheduled job time was a little slow.

Great service and Modesto was able to complete the project sooner than expected. Will defenetly hire again.

Modesto was really rxtremely pleasant to deal with. He was able to accommodate to our schedule, showed up when he said he would, did everything he promised, was respectful of our space, and provided top-notch work, all at a reasonable price. The cement floor he put in our basement came out beautifully and I would definitely hire him again!

He is easy to work with I have already recommend him
