I have a concrete driveway and several squares were cracked. Modesto and his team gave me the same time and attention he would give a customer installing a full driveway. His work was excellent and his customer service e could not have been better. He also repaired a corner of my concrete front steps that was crumbling. I would hire him again for any job, large or small.

Modesta did a amazing job with my project. His price was fair and reasonable. He is professional, prompt and reliable he listens to exactly what you want done and the work is done to perfection. Modesto and his team did an outstanding job - detail-oriented, fast, and pleasant. We had some minor communication issues - after the initial visit for the team to assess the project, I had to call to follow up to first get the quote, and then again to find out when the work was starting, and then again to find out when they were returning to complete the project - but each call was answered swiftly, and for all three calls, the quote, work, and completion was handled the very next day. The team did detailed, thorough work in repairing our badly-crumbling foundation. For the quote, we were given a tour and overview of what needed to be done, and the explanation was clear and concise. For the review after the completion of the project, we were again shown in detail the work they did. They left the work site completely clean and the work on the foundation was immaculate (and I want to note they were working in 100 degree heat!). The work was completed faster than expected, and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Modesto and his team.

Modesta. The person I deal with is not reliable with work or punctuality .I have to be calling him constantly, he always promises to be there but does not show up (No call, No show. The job he did is substandard. I notified him told him I was delaying his review so he can come and do the job right.He came last week the 24th July, promising to return on 6th August, but as usual no call, no show. I have spent a lot of money and I am looking to better R O I. Also I am tired of the attitude of some of the ?Pro?s". MB

It took awhile but their work was excellent. Modesto was great to work with but their scheduled job time was a little slow.

Modesto was really rxtremely pleasant to deal with. He was able to accommodate to our schedule, showed up when he said he would, did everything he promised, was respectful of our space, and provided top-notch work, all at a reasonable price. The cement floor he put in our basement came out beautifully and I would definitely hire him again!
