I needed some blood spots cleaned out of my carpet. M&M came and did the first cleaning but there was a stubborn stain that just kept coming back after the carpet dried. Marty from M&M came back 3 more times, at no additional charge, and got that stubborn stain out! He was a professional who refused to give up and used everything he had, including elbow grease, and now my carpet looks wonderful. Definitely recommend!!!

I called this company and told the owner over the telephone that I wanted a service that could and would use STEAM ONLY. I was told by the owner that they always used steam. When the service tech showed up at my home he had only a backpack filled with only water. He told me that the company NEVER used STEAM. I then asked he to please leave. I wasted several days for my carpets to be cleaned and then found that the owner straight out lied to me. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

Technician arrived on time, practiced appropriate PPE and social distancing. Area rugs and upholstery were cleaned. The area rugs were quite damp afterwards and they needed additional drying time. Other than that.. fine job. Will use again.

I had a large area rug cleaned, and it was to perfection. All stains were removed and it smells nice and fresh. Communication was all via text, and the dropoff/pickup was easy. I m definitely using their cleaning services in the future.
