M&M Fencing

M and M Fencing started the fence in September and would work on it sporadically. The owner complained about not having any help, but you never saw him working on the job. It is now May and we still do not have a completed fence. How long does it take to install a gate? This is an awful company to deal with. They will ignore your calls and messages.

DO NOT HIRE MARK MOORE. He required half down for a job he never began. He continually had excuses as to why he was not showing up when he said he would. SCAM ARTIST at its finest. Here I am a single mother who just bought a new home and out over $2,000 because I trusted he was the real deal. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not hire mark j. Moore or m&m fencing to do any work. I would give 0 stars if possible. The owner Mark J. Moore started out very responsive with our fence project during the estimate phase. Mark told me the project would be completed in 6 weeks, and possibly even by 4 weeks starting back in mid-August 2021. Mark required a deposit (half the total project cost) which he promptly deposited the check the same day it was written. We are now 19 weeks since the contract was agreed upon and Mark has had excuse after excuse. We have gotten multiple excuses like we are finishing a job...we will be over to you all next week...or later this week; We are now 19 weeks out since he took our deposit with no fence. Mark also has not been responding and has taken over $4,000 from us with no project completion insight. I have found multiple other complaints identical to mine in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids Corridor from this year. It was discovered that Mark J. Moore company M&M Fencing does NOT have a valid contractor license in the state of Iowa.

Very timely, cost is in line with what I found out there and finish the work as scheduled.

He was the best that we could find. Was the cheapest and does top quality work.
