The other vendor didnâ t even bring a ladder so couldnâ t do a thorough job of scoping the problem. We hired Manuel and he showed up on time and did the work in one day for the agreed-upon price. He's an honest and hard worker and that's a rare commodity these days. In addition to the top quality work he performs, he'll give you an honest price which is surprisingly reasonable. Manny knows his stuff. No really. You won't find anyone who knows how water, roof pitch and drainage conspire to ruin your house if the gutter system has broken down, or wasn't installed properly in the first place.
