Zachary arrived on time. Immediately wrote up an estimate. Did all three of the different jobs we had for him. He is personable, neat and totally cleaned up, and we consider his pricing to be very fair.

I got estimates for 5 different stuff in my home for Front door dummy door knob and sliding door weather stripping, closet dry wall, bathroom fan, and replacement windows and trim. He estimates for $975. When I contacted him he said the windows trim was not included and that it would be extra $300-600 and I would have to buy the bathroom fan. So I just asked him how much it would be for my small dry wall in the closet and front dummy door now and sliding doors weather stripping, told me it s $375. When he was done he did not replace the dummy door knob and told me it was not included and it was not the reason my door was getting stuck. He did not leave me a receipt for the work he did. I texted him to send me a receipt and said he would and got my email address, 3 days later I still have not gotten a receipt for the job done. I had such a bad experience with this handyman. Do not hire this handyman....
