From the very beginning, working with Anthony Dellamano and his team was an exceptional experience. I had reached out to several roofing companies—many with outstanding reviews—and while they were all professional, M&M stood out immediately. Getting in touch with Anthony (and everyone from M&M) was incredibly easy. He was responsive, informative, and made everything feel comfortable—zero pressure- just genuine, honest guidance. What really impressed me was the thoroughness of his approach. While other companies gave me quick quotes from a satellite image or just from a visual inspection, Anthony was the only one who actually went into my attic, got up on the roof, took detailed photos, and walked me through everything. Most of the companies just focused on up selling my shingles- Anthony focused on what I asked for. M&M set clear expectations from day one—and then exceeded every single one of them. Not only did they stay true to the proposed timeline, but the work was also completed well ahead of schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question (no matter how small), Anthony or someone from his team would respond almost immediately. The final result far surpassed what I had envisioned. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and incredibly well-managed. If you're considering any kind of roofing or remodeling project, I can't recommend this company highly enough. Anthony Dellamano and his team are who you want—knowledgeable, trustworthy, and first rate, professional results. I had M & M contracted to do roofing, siding and gutters. Chris was very helpful and personable. His custom service was top notch. He assisted me at every step of the way. He even attempted to help me save some money. I really appreciate that. The company kept me informed at every stage of the project. The project was started ahead of the anticipated scheduled date and finished within one week. The finish product looks great. The one employee installer showed a great commitment to getting the job done.

The siding remodeling job was well done and completed to our complete satisfaction. M&M and the project installation team were very professional and efficient to finish the job in a safe and timely manner. Awesome job. I would recommend M&M to anyone.

After contemplating WHICH company to hire for our much-needed siding, fascia, gutters, soffits, for our home project. We sat down with a total of 6 different companies when hiring someone THIS important and not CHEAP you HAVE to be vigilante and do your due diligence. We needed to compare pricing, what each company had to offer, reviews looked like both google, BBB, etc. after all you can’t UNDO it later. We did NOT want to pick the wrong company. We ended up going with M&M Remodeling [Crete] upon discovering TONS of POSITIVE reviews, even our neighbor used them for his roof project. We were of course SUPER squeamish as to what the project would be like just how much aggravation would be involved, which part(s) didn’t get ordered, would there be unforeseen delays, would there be 1 person showing up to do the work of 5? What would communication be like, which is KEY in my opinion. It would be SAFE to say we were SO SCARED because unfortunately nowadays businesses don’t honor what was agreed upon and just want the sale so will say anything to get it. I can tell you that not only were they punctual, EXTREMELY polite, VERY professional, each worker of the 5 that showed worked on a separate part of my 2300 sq. ft. ranch home and concentrated solely on their assigned areas and were laser focused! They are wonderful about communicating with each other AND us if any questions/concerns arose and they were quick to put them out. Two superintendents showed up throughout the job checking in on the guys to make sure things were moving along at a good pace, to check and see if materials were delivered as needed, if pieces/parts were missing they would quickly act on retrieving them all WITHOUT stopping the job! And introduced themselves to us to make sure any problems were quickly squashed. They answered a couple of questions we had in REAL TIME and even visited with us to put our concerns to rest. They were wonderful about clean up, if I asked for something to be removed even if it was NOT part of the job they were happy to accommodate so long as we were happy! So, if you’re looking for a company that keeps there word, provides EXCELLENT service, and communication is important you will WANT to only hire M&M Remodeling. After working with M&M Remodeling we quickly discovered that M&M Remodeling clearly stands for METHODICAL & MAGNIFICENT! Thank you ? :)

They did a perfect job. Kept me informed on progress

This company did not provide me with an appropriate assessment of the water leak repair on my home. Once the repair workers came to my home for repairs they found where the water was coming from on the outside of my home. I thought I had a professional expert opinion initially from the first assessment but did not. The work is still not completed. I have lost money because I trusted the first assessment and again the work is still not completed.

Our historic Arts & Crafts home, constructed in 1907, underwent an aluminum cladding installation during the 1960s, which after another 60+ years was now drafty by modern standards and had a rather tired-looking exterior after decades of exposure. We were determined to maintain the home's original character and avoid the use of vinyl siding. After conducting extensive research, we opted for James Hardie fiber cement siding; however, we learned that the installation had to be carried out according to the manufacturer's guidelines to avoid potential issues down the line. This meant selecting a qualified installer recommended by James Hardie, which is why we chose M&M Home Remodeling Services. The company provided us with a skilled team comprising Hector and his crew as installers and Johnny as project manager. We highly recommend this dream team, as Hector's dedication to quality and attention to detail ensured a flawless and absolutely beautiful installation. He even added some thoughtful touches that enhanced the home's aesthetic while bringing it into the 21st century. Thanks to their efforts, our home now feels modern, airtight, sturdy, and resilient against strong winds.

Initially I was happy with my roof/installation, etc. But fast forward six years, and I have water coming into the house. At first I thought it was a separation in the flash, and after an argument with Mike, the owner, on whether it was the original flash (despite being in the contract that it was to be replaced) their sales person begrudgingly came out to check. Denying it is the flash and without even looking in the gutter, I was told my gutter was full of leaves (I have gutter guards) and that was probably causing water to come in the house and causing the exterior and interior damage. When I checked the area and the inside gutter, I pulled out a substantial roll of roofing nails from the gutter which blocked the flow of leaves and water, causing the back up into my house. Once the nails were removed, water flowed freely. I went back to Sunset Ridge Exteriors with what I found, and because it was roofing nails and not leaves causing the blockage. Mike, the owner, denied the nails are theirs and went so far as to suggest I placed them in the gutter myself. All I have asked Sunset Ridge Exteriors for thus far, is to come back and check the area and rest of my gutters to make sure that there are not any more of their nails in them. Sunset Ridge Exteriors will not even commit to that. Sunset Ridge Exteriors has chosen to blame me for everything, and not assume any responsibility for correction. When Mike, the owner, with his incessant denials, harassment and accusations, badgered me into saying that I was not afraid to get litigious, Mike the owner had a full on temper tantrum. He said that was all he needed to hear and hung up on me. This seems to be the course of action for Mike, the owner, in order not to deal with customer issues as I received an email telling me all further communication needs to go through his attorney, and in checking the timestamp, I was still on the phone with him when he sent it. I have never experienced an adult, let alone a business owner act in such a ridiculously childish fashion. Sunset Ridge Exteriors was quick to cash my check but when you need it. Mike, the owner, is incredibly dismissive, has no sense of urgency, extremely accusatory and very argumentative. If/when they respond to this review they will undoubtedly again blame me for everything saying how the nails got there was contradictory in our conversation. Mike, the owner, only heard what he wanted to hear, all while he was yelling over me and accusing me of putting them in my own gutter, still refusing to take ownership for the fact that they put my roof on, and left these nails behind. Again, all I wanted was for them to own their mistake and to come out and check the area and my gutters for more of their roofing nails. At this point, I would NEVER trust them to handle any type of repair. Because they believe the nails are not their fault, that again they accused me of putting in my gutter, and refused to commit to a day or time, so I could plan to work from home when they are here. They just said in two or a few weeks, refusing a day or time, which is a very noncommittal response. I have a warranty I cannot use in the future if I have because they will not take my calls. I keep waiting for them to do the right thing, but Mike, the owner, has played this accuse/deny game way too long and gets away with it. It is all very bad business practices, and I would NEVER recommend Sunset Ridge Exteriors.

There was a mix-up in the scheduling but after a few phone calls, they got it done quickly. I had a skylight replaced so I can't inspect it up close but, they seemed to really know what they were doing. Very friendly. I probably could have had this done cheaper but, I wanted it done right.

Very professional with fantastic communication, prompt visit to provide quote, and they were able to complete my project earlier than anticipated.

They have not done the job yet . Sign contract tomorrow!
