Very courteous over the phone and did come out to survey my project within 24 hours of phone call. I was not able to meet with him at the site. I decided to go with another company because I was able to meet with the vendor and we did the estimate together. Meeting the vendor in person gave me more confidence to hire him. I'm sure M & M is also a good company.

We felt that his work was more then exspected and how wounderfull to have him come out and have the job finished in the time frame that he said it would be done. He values his work and you can tell. We also felt that the cost for the service was more then resonable, we couldn't have rented the equiptment for that amount of money. We will use Service Magic and M&M Improvments time and time again and we will tell our friends and family -Thank you
