M&M Irrigation

After paying Austin "in Full", he still has not repaired my sprinkler system. He had a lot of excuses to not show up such as family emergency, vacation or he was a no call-n show. On his last visit 3/19, he said he was not licensed to do certain tasks and would need to call in another M&M person. We have not heard anything from Austin or any other employee.

Austen responded immediately to my request to talk to someone. He came out to access quickly and did the work a few days later. He is a nice young man who was very professional and performed the task well.

Austin was prompt, professional, and his work was perfect. He called the night that I put in the request, which was awesome because we needed someone out immediately. I would recommend him and use him again most definitely!

The ad states "free estimate" but I had to pay Austin $145 for him to evaluate my irrigation system. He said that would be refunded if I hired him which I did but did not receive anything back. Austin replaced three heads on the irrigation system, replaced the timer with a "commercial grade" timer to the tune of $425. He replaced the sod in the front lawn, but forgot the spot in the backyard. He did finally replace that sod as well. I asked him at least five times for a receipt that I could take to the water department. Still waiting for it. What he did give me was a text that said Austin received the amount he charged me but doesn't state anything what that money was for. He kept saying he sent me a receipt but never got it. Would think twice before hiring him agan.

Austin's knowledge of irrigation system and sprinkler module were all very excellent. He knew exactly where to check and retool the irrigation system, so that our lawn sprinkler system can be working again at the best condition. I would most definitely recommend Austin to my friends and family to get their sprinkler systems fixed. Thank you.

Quickly resolved the problem.

This is a clarification of my prior review. Austen did the job. He did a good job I just felt his pricing was a bit to the high side. He did finally send me an invoice after 2 days. No other issues.

He did the job, wasn't a big job but one I needed to be done. I did feel that he over charged me big time but since I was losing my lawn more everyday I let him do the job. I asked for an itemized invoice. Still waiting. Would not hire again because of the prices.

I have to apologize to Austen. There was a miscommunication, and my frustration of times Austen would be able to come out and repair work that he done. He came out and did a really good job. I looked at the repaired work and heads he replaced, and he got my irrigation system humming. He was professional and completed the work asked. I would recommend him. Thank you, Austen.

Austen doesn't stand by his work. I called him about repairing his work in which he did. Keep getting the brush off. Now I can't even get a hold of him. TERRIBLE. OVERPRICED AS WELL. $430 for his work...DO NOT CONTACT if you want a job done right.

The repair was simpler than i thought but good nevertheless

Austen was great. Fast, friendly, and professional. What would have taken me days to figure out, he completed within a couple hours. He even took time to show me how things work.
