We have only been using Mike for 2 -services so far. What we have noticed right off the bat is that he is a very hard working, conscientious individual. He has accommodated our needs very efficiently. Communication could be better. Maybe we're being a little harsh, but we've had bad experiences in the past due to limited or no communication. If service continues the way it has, we will probably increase this rating from a 4.5 to a 5. :) So far we are very pleased with our choice for snow removal and lawn care. We would definitely recommend M&M Lawncare.
