I had a skunk that had burrowed under my foundation. Kevin from M&M correctly diagnosed the problem and set a trap that had the skunk captured in 12 hours. He came by and picked up the skunk and trap and relocated him to a reserve. M&M was fast, effective and at a reasonable price.

After paying upfront for several treatments, everything was fine until the last treatment. They no-showed the first time and then after rescheduling two more times, they again no-showed telling me that they have personal family issues to deal with. As if we all don?t? So I gave them one more chance to come out and they cancelled instead of just not showing up. I asked for a partial refund since this was already paid for. It?s been over 2 months and I am still waiting for that check. They Do not respond to emails, texts, or calls. They basically took $175 from me. And then wasted my time over and over.

Very honest and professional. Moved into an older home 3 years ago and M&M took care of the bedbug problem; haven't see any since. Can't beat the pricing and results. They are currently treating our home for rodents and I have no doubt the outcome will be positive.

The person that came out and sold the service was not the one that performed the service. What was said would be done, was not done. When I called the office regarding this issue, they became very rude. they sold a 600 dollar service with a ten year warranty which did seem odd. They did not cover all the holes, they were supposed to set traps and did not. They only covered some holes and they never returned. They never even went into the crawl space. It is unfortunate that they do not do what they say they are supposed to. This is not a company with integrity.

Anthony came to our home to do the initial assessment for rodents. He was on time, very professional and very thorough. He made suggestions and put down traps and a live animal trap to set up the removal. He followed all covid protocols and was very informative for our situation. The following day, Kevin came out to seal our access points and check the traps. He was on time, courteous and professional. He performed all items in a timely manner and made several suggestions to insure our safety. Kevin also adhered to covid protocols. I have been very happy with M and M's attention and timely response. They also helped to alleviate some of my horror to the whole rodent situation.

I hired M & M Pest Control after another company failed to deliver results. They sealed all access points, set their traps and have followed up to remove captured rodents and rebait. They are on time, and very polite and informative. It is nice doing business with a company that does what it says it will.

This is a very unprofessional company. They schedule and then no show. I have scheduled appointments several times and they just do not show up. It takes 3-5 attempts to actually get them to come to your house. I have been a customer since 2017 and they were amazing at first. Now they blow customers off, no phone call... barely an apology. To plan time off work and they not showing up with no explanation is extremely disrespectful! Treating customers so badly will catch up with them eventually, so be warned.

Since I cannot get a callback, maybe this will trigger the conversation. I will remove if they resolve and complete the job... Due to Covid and the buildings shut down and my neighbors desire to clean their fence line after 20 years, I have rats for the first time in 32 years...and IN MY HOUSE. Monday 9/14. Started strong but they definitely do NOT follow up and do what they say. Day 1 (Monday) Consultation: I met with Anthony I believe and paid him upfront... BIG MISTAKE. Pay as you go so you do not give them too much leeway to leave you high and dry. He did set out 9 large plastic traps and 2 sticky traps Note: the process is to allow them to not exit the house and force them to go to the traps for food (peanut butter), so seal up outside entry points and them come 1-2 weekly until solved, usually in a few weeks or less, with a 10-year guarantee that they will come back if it arises again. I received an email with the detailed visit and the amount of money paid. Day 2 Tuesday, Sept 15th, visit 2: 1 tech came out and there were 4 caught in the attic traps. I was so excited. He sealed off the A/C area outside and a brick that was deteriorated that I had told them about, and I did have to press them to seal the dryer vent. (Note: other companies noted that there were 20ish entry points, talked about roof vents and trees since these are tree rats. But not this group, although I have asked). On the evening of day 2, 1 more caught, it was hot outside so I was checking daily so it would not smell, but Thursday I could not breathe. Day 5 (Friday) visit 3: Kelsie sent out Chris and he got it, gagged a little, and sprayed something that helps with the smell. After that, a next appointment was made for 9/23, but canceled for a Covid test, which I can respect. Visit 4: The next appearance by a tech was 9/30 and 2 rats were dead in the attic, I was still hearing activity so asked for more entry points to be addressed, but the tech did not have the right track with proper equipment. Also since he could not find all the 11 traps, he added a couple more...but where are those traps???? 10/1 (Thursday): I went to the attic, and the traps I could see were either tripped over or had NO bait, so I called the office and said it is not going to work if they have no bait. No one was available to come out again, so I had to call back on Monday and I wanted the outside looked at by someone else to seal up possible entry points. There was no one available to come out earlier in the week and I was leaving town that Friday for a long weekend, so we were able to plan the following week after I returned. I emailed on Tuesday 10/13 and we scheduled 10/19 for the outside recheck and attic check and got the bait reloaded. Visit #5: (Remember, 1 was the consultation and 2 more were the first week, and this is 10/19, 5 weeks later) He did fill in crevices and cracks in a few places, I asked about deterrent being used on the outside and he said that they become immune... and that I should consider outdoor traps that they could supply for 49.95/month. I said in 8 weeks and only 5 visits, I was no there yet, since I did not feel that the job had been done right based on what I had been told, and I have emails stating the same. They can put the traps/bait outside, but I am not paying for it since there had not been consistency. Followup for the following Monday 10/26, after that was canceled due to rain on a Sunday night for Monday, I received a text while driving stating that techs could not work in the rain and it rained a few days longer so I could not set anything up. I got no more communication at all from M and M at all. Checking back in, I found out they were waiting on me... So 12 weeks total with 5 visits only, and 3 in the first week.
