M&M Restoration

**********BEWARE********** Matt bid the job while working on another project close to our home. We paid the deposit required at time of signing contract. I did the demo on our bathroom myself. Trying to save time for them when they did start the remodel. Job kept getting pushed back. We were more than accommodating and understanding when it came to time frame. When the other job was finished, unsuccessfully, he said he was taking a day to relax and then would start our remodel. He was then suppose to pull permits to start. Texts went unanswered when questioned about getting the permits to start our project. No answer of phone calls either. It has now been almost a week and no communication at all! He couldnt even MAN UP and let me know he wasnt going to do it!!!! My bathroom now sits down to the studs! I trusted Matt aka M & M Restoration. I have learned a valuable lesson. And its really quite sad! As a former business owner I cannot wrap my head around people like this!!! I do not blame this on his crew because they will work any place he tells them to. So please, DO NOT use M & M Restoration!!! He still has our deposit!!! You really dont want this stress and headache in your life when you are dealing with your home!! We are now scrambling trying to find another contractor to come in. Truly sucks!!

Contractor is under qualified, very boastful about always being right , and the work is very shoddy. Hired to do flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms including shower install. They have been working on shower in a 12 X 8 bathroom for 6 weeks, and the job is still not finished. Cabinets were redone three times and still not correctly done. Everything in the home needs to be redone...... The city inspector removed him from the premises because he does not have the proper paperwork , permits or bonding.

Matt is great about returning my calls and making sure I m happy with the work he s done. He is knowledgeable and hard working.

The tile we had them put down looks nice and they did a great job. They are going to come back and put a metal strip down that covers the carpet and tile and then they are going to chalk around the cracks

They responded quickly. Good group of guys. Good pricing. I had questions about the difference of flooring that I was trying to decide on Matt was able to explain the difference and that helped me make my decision.

M&M worked quickly and professionally. Our kitchen looks great, everything (floors, backsplash and island tile) done in 2 days. Everyone was polite, and easy to talk to. Answeres questions, provided tips and advice for future upkeep. We enjoyed their work, definitely will call again!
