Mitch and Spencer handled my tuck pointing job, which started out small but turned out to be large, professionally. They knew what the problem was with water infiltration and how to treat it. Their tuck-pointer did really great work on the stone and brick and rebuilding my rear stairs and he left the place spotless. I will definitely re-hire them for projects I have coming up.

I was discussing materials and expressing skepticism, Mitch aggressively pressured me to sign a contract, which I ultimately did despite my doubts. I questioned the contractors about obtaining a work permit. Mitch promised to check on it and handle the situation. The following night, Mitch called me and claimed that the permit would cost him over $800 (stating both $865 and $816), a high charge that left Arthur highly skeptical and concerned about the situation.

The M & M roofing company did an excellent job repairing & tuckpointing my chimney. They also installed a new cap that was much needed on the chimney. Excellent job guys! IIdo highly recommend there work.

had some siding loose above my lower roof, mitch came out and fixed it and then while he was up there caulked and sealed my chimney , did good work, would recommend

We had our chimney tuck pointed and a roof put on the house. The old roof wasn’t torn down this it wasn’t in real bad shape and there was only one layer on. The work was all done in one day and everything was cleaned up when they left.

They did a great job plus what I like about them. They clean up after themselves. Don’t give a mess.

They worked meticulously , efficiently and thoroughly not missing any details related to construction of the garage roof. M&M rebuilt our deck stairway and did a terrific job. Their man Francisco was amazing! What a great worker. He rebuilt the stairway in one day by himself. Everything was done in a very professional manner with top quality materials. They painted the stairway to match the deck. They replace a fence post that was rotten. Everything was cleaned up after the job. Super job by this company. Very concerned with making sure we were happy with the job. Plus, a 10-year warranty! Who does that? Highly recommend!

Literally within moments of me submitting a request for decking to Angi’s list, M&M Roofing contacted me, and it was a Sunday morning. They came that same day and gave me a quote. The next day, Monday, they started the job. Even thru the rain on Tuesday, they worked diligently when it was safe enough. Completion was done on Wednesday morning. The communication, professionalism, work ethic, and carpentry skills have surpassed my expectation. Mitch and Spence are so easy to work with and very personable. I almost feel like it’s a rarity to find people who stick to their word and take pride in their work. I can only speak for installing a new composite deck and tearing down my old wooden deck…but they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend using them.

We hired Spencer and Mitch because of them being so transparent, flexible and for being great communicators. Quickly and thoroughly layered a new roof over existing shingles. Installed 4 needed vents and drip edges. Friendly and gave us a substantial veterans discount as well as subtracting $300 from initial estimate after discovering that a section of sheathing did not require replacement. Good people to do business with.
