We had our chimney tuck pointed and a roof put on the house. The old roof wasn’t torn down this it wasn’t in real bad shape and there was only one layer on. The work was all done in one day and everything was cleaned up when they left.

They did a great job plus what I like about them. They clean up after themselves. Don’t give a mess.

M & M Roofing did an outstanding job on our garage roof removing damaged wood and replacing the damage wood. They worked meticulously , efficiently and thoroughly not missing any details related to construction of the garage roof. I was so impressed with their quality of work right down to the last detail and their quality of workmanship. My husband and I have decided that Spencer and his professional team will definitely have the opportunity to do other projects on our property for us in the near future .

M&M rebuilt our deck stairway and did a terrific job. Their man Francisco was amazing! What a great worker. He rebuilt the stairway in one day by himself. Everything was done in a very professional manner with top quality materials. They painted the stairway to match the deck. They replace a fence post that was rotten. Everything was cleaned up after the job. Super job by this company. Very concerned with making sure we were happy with the job. Plus, a 10-year warranty! Who does that? Highly recommend!

Literally within moments of me submitting a request for decking to Angi’s list, M&M Roofing contacted me, and it was a Sunday morning. They came that same day and gave me a quote. The next day, Monday, they started the job. Even thru the rain on Tuesday, they worked diligently when it was safe enough. Completion was done on Wednesday morning. The communication, professionalism, work ethic, and carpentry skills have surpassed my expectation. Mitch and Spence are so easy to work with and very personable. I almost feel like it’s a rarity to find people who stick to their word and take pride in their work. I can only speak for installing a new composite deck and tearing down my old wooden deck…but they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend using them.

We hired Spencer and Mitch because of them being so transparent, flexible and for being great communicators. When they encountered an unexpected situation with the roof replacement, they were quick to inform us and keep us in the loop about what our best options were. They provided pictures of the work they did and the previous photos before they started the work. Because of the great job they did, we will continue to use them for other work that our home requires. The work they did was clean and professional. If you’re thinking of using their company for any project, you will not regret it. These are down to earth people that will help you as best as they can given their multiple years of experience.

Quickly and thoroughly layered a new roof over existing shingles. Installed 4 needed vents and drip edges. Friendly and gave us a substantial veterans discount as well as subtracting $300 from initial estimate after discovering that a section of sheathing did not require replacement. Good people to do business with.

The guys at M&M did a fantastic job sealing our driveway and fixing our roof. Their rates are reasonable, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and their crew was very friendly. Overall, we're very pleased with their service and the quality of their work. We highly recommend this company.

I called them over a weekend and they were able to come out and take a look at the deck the next day, which I was surprised given it was a holiday. I appreciated that they were quick to respond and also answered my questions. They did a nice job with the deck and even allowed me to watch so I could learn the basics. I've never had a deck before. The only thing that left a not-great-feeling, and maybe this is typical of these services, but they didn't mention that if I needed a 3rd coat of stain, it would be $300-$500 extra. It felt a little..."gotcha" because I didn't have a choice. Perhaps I should have known to ask but I didn't. Had I known it was going to be that much more, I may have looked for an extra quote (I had 2 at that point). Given the number of years of experience, I feel like they knew when they inspected the deck it would need 3. Also, not the biggest issue, but there are several drops of stain on a couple of boards. Not the end of the world, but it's noticeable, and given the cost, it's unfortunate. So, good quality if you need something done right away, but the cost was on the higher end compared to other companies I researched.
