    Don t waste your time. They showed up to my house completely unprepared for the job and frankly didn t seem to know what they were doing. Complete waste of my afternoon. Their pricing is outrageous...they quoted me $1150 plus parts to replace a shower valve. It took over a week to get the estimate. The work they did complete the day they were there was sub par.

    Well Robert, not sure what I can say. We have a great reputation. And we strive to give a fair price to all our customers. When our tech arrived I explained to you that I had made an error in putting another customer's info on your work order, This causing him to not understand what you wanted. That was my error, and I did except that responsibility for that error. Cutting open a sheetrock wall to access your shower faucet and replacing it with a new one and then repairing the sheetrock floating and texturing and priming and painting, is a very fair price.
