Mel has great experience and did a good job.

Not an issue with them but Home Depot who sold flooring. There was a big what looked like a flaw in the flooring. Due to this batch being much darker than their samples it looks like installer left white scuff marks all over the floor. Turns out it was part of the pattern.

Mel is absolutely awesome! Many others turned us down because the job was "too small" but not Mel. He came out to give us a quote and completed the job just a few days later. While onsite, he thoroughly explained what was wrong, what he was doing to fix it and what we need to do to maintain it. I highly recommend him!

Mel arrived as agreed to give the quote and was able to do the work the next day. He used siding that I had, something other companies wouldn't do and since my siding is no longer available that was very important to me. Mel is courteous, cleaned up and did a couple of small chores that I couldn't do. He is going on my contact list for future use!

Mel arrived early, removed a section of vinyl siding, removed and replaced water-damaged wood siding underneath it. He installed flashing where needed and reinstalled the vinyl siding over the repaired wood siding. Mel drove me in his truck to Home Depot where I purchased a storm door which he then installed. Mel made a new wood threshold for an exterior door, then replaced missing vinyl siding in another area. He caulked a window and door, cleaned up and gave me a good price for six hours of work. Nice guy, really talented and I would definitely hire him again.

I hired Mel to do an emergency vinyl siding repair only. He was out the same day as notified, he showed up on time, he was very pleasant, and he supplied vinyl siding information over and above doing the repairs that will be most helpful to the HOA moving forward. Mel arrived on Saturday, replaced the siding I need replaced, even painted it, explained to me why the siding had failed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour. Work was excellent and I would hire him again.
