The Tech took a lot of time, care, and attention while performing the Duct cleaning. He was very detailed and very pleasant and professional. Don and Brian did an excellent job! They explained the work to me and were profession in everything that they did. They worked really hard to clean my downstairs basement "in-slab" (below concrete floor) ducts. I also had them scope the downstairs ducts to make sure the integrity was still there after many years. I thought I had scheduled an estimate. Instead, it was a service call. I asked for an estimate first and agreed to proceed. The service rep was courteous and hustled to do the job. My furnace has an electrostatic filter, which was damaged by the cleaning process. The combs were damaged, missing teeth and clips. The service rep turned off the furnace and pulled out the filter to show me it should be replaced due to dirt pushed into it by the cleaning. I could not run the furnace until I could schedule furnace service to replace the filter.

Was told that I would have to remove vents from the vaulted ceiling or be charged $10 a vent, why as he Had to get up there to clean anyway. Was told that I would have to pay $75 extra for the dryer vent as it is on the roof. Had to send the supervisor out. When he got here said he was not going on the roof. They told me that they would. The vent on the roof is still plugged. They do not have the equipment to do the work. Save your money and get someone else. Look at the reviews not the testimonials on their website.
