We used MNBR Homes for a full basement remodel. David, Joe and Travis did an fantastic job. They were very respectful and were willing to answer any questions we had. I was kept informed throughout the process. The project was done within the previewed time and on budget. Iâ m very happy we went with MNBR Homes for our remodel.

This company did good work however they made a huge mistake with the permitting that led to the finished bedroom in the basement not being approved as a legal bedroom by the city due to ceiling height. After trying to request compensation or remediation with MN Basement Remodeling, I was not only insulted by their response I was completely shut down on my request which left a hugely negative impact on my whole experience with them. They will do good work for you but if an issue arises, I would be surprised if they take accountability to resolve the issue. Good luck!

Our experience with MN Basement Remodeling can readily be described as excellent. A lot of companies say their focus is on customer service, but very few actually deliver. MN Basement Remodeling definitely delivers. Our objective was to convert half our basement into a multi-use room for office, media and exercise. Robert started the process by listening carefully to our needs and wish list. Other contractors we solicited seemed to only be half listening to us. Those contractors came back with plans missing what we wanted and adding things never discussed. Robert offered intelligent ideas and thoughtful recommendations to help bring our vague ideas into focus while staying within our targeted budget. David took over once a plan was in place. From the start he demonstrated MN Basementâ s commitment to customer service. We showed him a picture from the internet of a wall with tongue & groove in a color and texture we found attractive. A similar product was not available locally so he searched the nation until he found a source that could provide the perfect material. Every sub-contractor that David choose for our project was highly skilled, conscientious and professional. The subs were on time and on schedule from start to finish. As with any project, issues or errors will occur and modifications will be requested. These were minor and few. David and his team of sub-contractors responded quickly to resolve or accommodate each and every issue. When a supplierâ s shipper failed to make a pick-up, the owner of the supply company personally made an eight-hour round trip drive on a Friday evening to insure a custom door was delivered and ready for installation on Monday morning. No excuses, no haggling, just great service from all. We highly recommend MN Basement Remodeling. We almost hated to see our project end as it was fun to work with everyone involved. They delivered a great finished product at a good price and ahead of schedule. Thomas & Marilyn

10 out of 10! We never imagined our home would look so awesome! We got all new flooring- carpet and vinyl planks for kitchen- and got all new doors throughout the house. We worked with the co-owner David H and he was so easy to work with: "What would you like it to look like?" He stopped by regularly to communicate with us about how we liked the work and to smooth any bumps. For example, one of the doors was warped: he immediately called and we receive the replacement door two days later. David consistently went above and beyond to make it all look so outstanding. The subcontractors were great and great to work with. The cost was very affordable and a great bargain lined up against other contractors we met with. MN Basement Remodeling went above and beyond to and we could not be more pleased.

MN Basement Remodeling were professional, hard working and did beautiful work. They were thorough in their communication and included us in all the steps along the way. They were respectful of our schedule too. We highly recommend them!!

We had MN Basement Remodeling finish a basement that included a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, entertainment area and custom cabinets for a bar area. Overall, MN Basement Remodeling was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Project was completed as scheduled, and no cost overruns. We are pleased with the final product.
