I strongly advise you to think twice before trusting these people with your money. They are highly unprofessional and unethical. In April 2023, I signed a contract with this company to renovate my house, including expanding two bedrooms on the second floor. When I asked them how long it would take, they lied and said 3 to 4 months. However, it's been almost a year, and my property is nowhere near ready. I was clear with them from the beginning that I needed constant communication about the progress of the renovations since I live in Boston and couldn't be present throughout the process. I also made it clear that it was crucial for me to have the renovation completed within the four months given that I was pregnant and planned to move with my family to NC. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and that they would do as I requested. I paid them 95% of the cost upfront, but they ignored my calls and messages and lied when I called the office to request updates on my project. They kept giving me false promises, telling me it would be done the next month or the month after that. The way they treated me was extremely unprofessional and unfair. They didn't respect my limited time, didn't empathize with me, and didn't treat me with the respect that a customer deserves. To trust them, I informed my landlord in Boston that I was moving out at the end of last month because the company informed me that my house would be ready on September 13th, which was a lie. I had to leave my apartment, and this resulted in additional expenses and a lot of stress, particularly since I have a newborn baby and no house to live in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. This company and its staff have caused me a great deal of trouble, and I have documented everything for legal purposes since they breached our contract. If you choose to work with this company, I strongly recommend you involve an attorney to avoid any headaches.

Itâ s been 2 months since the folks at M&D Construction replaced 17 windows and 2 doors at my home. We were very pleased with the experience. The house is quieter, warmer and cooler, with a lower electric bill, and has withstood torrential rain and wind with no leaks. Also, it looks great. Starting the project, I received 5 other estimates for window companies and other contractors, and found that they were very non-specific about what products they would install. They also told me it would take at least 4 weeks to get the windows. Who would buy something without knowing what it was and exactly what it looked like? The other companies couldnâ t tell me a brand or point me to an online data sheet for R values. The other companies were also, at a minimum, THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS HIGHER than M&D Construction (the highest company was 6k over). Nice. M&D was ready in 2 weeks, but willing to wait for me to get things straightened up and move things around. We have animals and I asked that the staff be mindful of that while working. They were. M&D completed the job in 2 days (including cleanup). Needless to say, but M&D has become my go-to for construction and any home improvement projects. Ruben and his team have my full confidence.

They gave us a very fair price. The work was completed in one day. The workers were very polite. It was a very hot humid day. No one complaint, they laughed a lot, I told them I needed to learn Spanish, so I could understand their jokes! They cleaned everything up. I highly recommend M&D! In fact today I passed their phone number to my hair dresser!

The roof install was more than what I expected. They went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! We had our roof replaced today (11/17/2020) and JORGE H.â s crew did a PHENOMENAL job!!! They ALL were ON TIME, professional, polite, and informative. They kept us updated on what they were doing and had my husband come up and see different areas as they were working on them. All I can say is WOW!!!!! The after-job cleanup was PERFECT! They raked, blowed leaves, used a rolling magnet and made sure there was nothing left nail wise or debris wise. Our roof was started AND completed in ONE day!!! Today!!! AND it was not a half-a$$ rush job! (Pardon my language) Iâ m so impressed! I HIGHLY recommend this crew and this company! The office staff were helpful and pleasant when my husband phoned and also when he went in to the office. Patty is wonderful and there is another young lady (I believe her name is Theresa) who was amazing as well. Recommended ! Recommended! Definitely! 10 stars!!!! Ps: Ruben is THE BEST!!!!!!! I did not want to forget him!!!!!

Fast, prompt showed when promised, did a very good job, fair priced. Cleaned up afterwards, left no sign that they had been here other than a awesome looking new roof. Would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

can't say enough good things about this company. from the salesman, to the roofers to the nicest office staff.

do not let them move a satellite dish. they did not put it back properly and failed to use 3 out of 4 screws holding it on the roof. The technician guy was not impressed. little sloppy left a fair amount of old roofing material on the ground, I have trouble climbing to check the work on the roof so I guess I will know if they actually did a good job after a few good rainstorms. Guys who came 3 days later to do gutters were real good, fast neat and outdone in a couple of hours.

Excellent customer service. A few days after the completion of the install, I noticed that the installers forgot to caulk a few nails and left a few nails in my yard. I called Ruben and he had a crew out there the next day. Maybe a month later, we had a bad storm hit our area and I lost a shingle off of my ridge cap. I called Ruben and once again, he sent a crew to my house the next day to fix it. David the owner is also a good guy. Excellent customer service from both of these gentlemen. They completed the project on time with no issues. And their pricing was very good too.

Good information and good health

We hired them to replace an asphalt roof. They are very quick to come by and give you an estimate, quick to do the installation, but they are horrible on their service after the sale. They missed to install a flashing, and I have been trying to get them to come out for close to a year. They are yet to fix this... I do not usually leave negative ratings, but this is ridiculous. Adding to this the office person, really sounds like she does not care or has no knowledge about good customer service. Very dissatisfied. My next step IS a complaint with the BBB.

I was a little disappointed with the completion of the ceiling since I was told by the Sales Rep, he will use the best contractor. I hope this was not the best worker.

My metal is very quiet when it rains. l did not expect that. So far so good. I appreciate that. l will recommend and use for future projects.
