Blown In Insulation Install or Upgrade
Mike and Maurice renewed and replaced old installation in two homes. One home was 25, the other 65 YO. Regardless, both times, they worked clean, politely, answered questions and explained issues and options and finished quickly and for the estimated cost. An explanation and recommendation saved half the cost of the first job. Both times they gave a veteran/first responder discount.
Mike came out a second time to assess the cause of a leak down the side of a chimney into the kitchen. He did not charge for the independent inspection. We determined that his work did not contribute to the leak; a brick mason later identified the problem and fixed it.

One of the most enjoyable interactions I've had with a contractor. Mike and Maurice where professional and personable. On time with quality workmanship during the project. Really appreciate my first encounter with Mike during his first visit for a quote as there was no high-pressure sales tactics (i.e. quote only good for today). Project was weatherization and re-insulation of the attic. They told me exactly what they were doing and why and answered any question I had. I'd had friends tell me when they had this done it was messy...not so with MnM as they cleaned up very nicely when the job was finished. I'd have no problem recommending them to family/friends who were looking for the same type of project.

Mike was amazing.. The first thing he said is that he would treat my house like it was his own, and He did just that and more. Also during the insulation process he noticed a few additional repairs that needed to be done and he went ahead and took care of it and did not charge me any additional costs. He was very personable and honest and went above and beyond. Mike did a Great Job and I would highly recommend Mike to everyone.
