They helped us out so much with our sink. Even looked at our bathtub faucet and were open and honest with how much it may be if we decided to follow through with repairing it. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Went above and beyond!

Similar to other reviews on google, yelp, and BBB: I was charged am additional $100 fee after already having prepaid for a gas dryer install; this being for a literally $5 part that they claim is not Covid in the install fee I would already paid (through the appliance manufacturer). This was an issue as they were already paid for the labor to come out to my home and install the dryer. Installing this extra piece took a maximum of 5 minutes, yet I paid $95 ($100 charge minus $5 part cost) for the 5 minutes of labor because it was either pay or it do not get installed. Installers also had no masks for COVID and attached the vent with only tape which came off 15 minutes after they left (which I then fixed myself). The worst part is the office staff is VERY rude and almost yell at you when you try to explain why you are unhappy.

This was a third try -- two other companies tried and failed to repair the toilet leak which was intermittent. The first charged me a lot of money, but the problem re-appeared and they wouldn't fix it. The second one claimed that there wasn't a leak. This one took me seriously. Lifted the toilet that showed the leak as plain as day and fixed it for good - so far at least.

They did a very good job.

We had three new toilets only two needed to be installed. They had to assemble them together. The main bathroom installation is great. That master bath the toilet rocks back and forth and this was not a great installation. The third toilet was for the basement, and we would install at a later day. You think that we paid 650 for this they could of at least brought the toilet in the basement. Instead we had to move the assebled toilet to the basement.

We had 3 people come out to give estimates. These guys weren't the cheapest, but they were in the middle of the road. They did seem to be the best at figuring out an unusual project and thinking creatively to make my dishwasher work where I wanted it to be.

Very pleased, 2 installers showed up timely. Very neat and fast installation of Dishwasher. Took the old washer away and we have clean dishes once again. Nice when it goes smoothly. Thanks

I had a few other projects that were not completed and found out that they could have also handled these. Had I know I would have had them to complete the work.
