One Time Interior House Cleaning
The lady was late because she got lost. Then it seemed she was in a rush, probably to get to her next appointment. I had emailed a list of what I wanted done, but when she arrived, she did not know what I wanted. However, she was nice, polite.

MIchelle also knows to always ask the cust at arrival what items needed service regardless if list was sent prior , Its to ensure your satisfaction and make sure all are on same page seeing that it is one time cleaning . They were fantastic!! I called them Thursday morning and they were willing to fit me in on the same day. He was super nice and showed up early which worked out even better than our scheduled time. He was very professional, did an awesome job and the price was more than fair. The carpets look and smell great and other than the clean carpets, you would never have known he was there, he cleaned up completely, I didnt have to come in and pick up or wipe up anything! I would definitely recommend them, I will be using them for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future!

Ron and Michele are the nicest people. The price was acceptable. However, as we got into the job, more work was needed. Each time we asked, Ron gave one great price after another. MNR's quality of work and customer service are tops.

Michelle arrived on time. Very personable and eager to please. I had to show her how to make up beds properly, by tuckin in top sheets, and smoothing out the fitted sheets, top sheets, and comforters. I had to show her tables that she did not dust and mirrors that she did not clean. She folded bath towels and left some hanging off the bathroom rack, rather than asking for clarification about where the others should go. I had to do the cleaning with her, in order to get the house done on time. She was willing to come back the next day, to help complete the job, but when I asked if she felt that I should pay her the full $140.00, she only suggested knocking $15.00 off the price. I truly believe that the house is too large for one person to complete in the allotted time. She should consider splitting the money with another worker, so that she does not become tired from trying to do it all.

MNR was hired for carpet cleaning based on a flyer on my door. I called them, and Ronnie responded quickly, came over to visit, wrote up an estimate, and I hired them. They started the job out by pre-soaking a stain. The cleaning technician then moved some furniture around and set up his equipment. They were conscientious of where hoses were laid down as to not damage anything. The rest of carpet cleaning was started, then they made their way back to the pre-soak area. Attention to detail was paid to the moisture content of the carpet, and that all areas were cleaned properly. Overall a very Professional cleaning service that I now will have done on a 6 month basis, instead of waiting as long as I did this first time.
