MOD Contracting

Did everything he said he would do, in the timeframe he said he d do it. I am very pleased with the outcome. I have no regrets, and would recommend MOD Contracting to others!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They were so fair priced, kind, and respectful in our home. We had them put two closets in and wood floors into our master bedroom. The work was spot on. I can t recommend them enough!

I hired them before and had such a good experience that I hired them again. It was a nightmare. I brought a ne house and my refrigerator would fit in the space. I asked them to trim the cabinet so they did and the refrigerator was in place. What we did not realize later is that it was shoved in and we could not get it out. We had to use hack saw to cut away at the overhang of the kitchen countertop to get it out. The counter was a mess and could not be saved. Our 3k refrigerator is ruined, scratched, and dented on the side. It is ruined. When I called and texted they never responded. When we did finally talked to the owner, he laughed and thought it was funny. He was the one that did it . He also put up a glass shower door and he said that he needed something to put it on track and left it up leaking . He never came back and we hired another company to take it off and out it on properly. Just pass on this company.

Would and did recommend to neighbors and friend. Only positive comments about my remodel from ones that have seen it. I would hire again.

MOD Construction did a awesome job. They were here in n time and completed the job in the time he quoted. I would definitely hire again for my next project.

Marvin was a very efficient and patient person. I would recommend them to anyone and I have more work to be done and I m calling them again.

I would recommend him for flooring. He left no rough edges at all.
