Santana does great work. Prompt on time and showed up when they said they would. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up after the work was complete which was right on schedule as promised. Santana was very helpful educating me on how to operate the hi-tech unit and thermostat, and he reviewed the warranty with me. He also followed up to ensure all my expectations were met. Santana's pricing is lower than what I have been paying prior. I most definitely will use him again and I have already recommended him to family.

HVAC contractors are not easy to find especially ones that are punctual, do what they say, and do not gouge you. M O I is exactly that - they dont gouge you, they are punctual, and they stand by their product and service. We refer them all the time. There is no one else I would use in that position.
