About us
I'm Ana, founder of Mold Rid Of and a licensed Florida mold assessor (MRSA #3958). My job is simple: I tell you the truth about mold in your property, and I never sell the cleanup. Florida law separates mold assessors from remediators for a reason. An inspector who also sells remediation has an incentive to overcall mold. We only do inspections and lab-verified testing, so our reports are unbiased and accepted by Florida insurance carriers, real estate attorneys, and property managers. What to expect: - 60-minute emergency response - IICRC-certified inspection process - AIHA-accredited independent lab results - Written report in 24 to 48 hours - Reports admissible in insurance claims, real estate, and landlord-tenant disputes Service areas: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Collier counties. 500+ five-star reviews from Florida homeowners, landlords, and realtors. Need to know if mold is there, and how bad? Call (786) 616-6307.
