Tankless Water Heater - Install
Called after finding company on Google. Had an appointment right away. I was excited. Tech came out, at scheduled time, told me that the work was an easy install. And gave me a fair estimate. Only after started work he came up with all kinds of issues and told me he couldnâ t use my heater. I needed to buy one through them. When I told them I would wait he tried giving me a bill for 350 to move my hot water heater 50 feet! Said it is what it is. Called and spoke to someone who said it would actually be 50 dollars. Needless to say will never be calling to get any work done again.

Drain Line Breakage - Camera Locate
We hired them to determine what was causing a smell in and around a bathroom, after I snaked out the waste lines. Their tech arrived on time. I explained our issue and what we expected. We wanted a video of our waste lines and associated vent lines with the bathroom. The fixtures were two (2) vanities, one (1) shower, one (1) Roman tub and one (1) water closet. I removed the water closet and the P-traps on the vanities and Roman tub. The tech went to work sending the camera down the waste and soil line. The camera did move some of the material in the waste lines but the interesting finding was the amount of water in the lines. The soil line was "clean". I then had the tech video the associated vents lines in the attic. I cut the piping and he videoed the lines and found them clean. We discussed the options I had and ruled out their "jetting" option . I informed him I would send a mixture of baking soda and vinegar in the waste lines. He left our home and returned two days later.

They were able to get a tech (Danny, who was great!) Out to my home within 90 minutes of calling , that same day. They were affordable and warranty their work for 30 days. Danny had to come back for a tough toilet issue, but did not leave until he had it flushing right, and we BOTH were satisfied. They did not charge a dime for the second visit!! I am very happy with the work, and will be calling them to get my kitchen sink worked on next!

On Time arrival! The two men worked well together, finishing the job quickly. The water had to be turned off for a very short period but went back on smoothly with the well pump's new part replacement. ( Their truck had the replacement part in the inventory so there was only a short delay in getting back up and pumping water for our household.)

Well Pump Installation and Replacement
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mom And Pop Plumbing & Drain Service for a major plumbing project, and I must say, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, Jeremiah, Kistie, and Josh went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed to perfection. First and foremost, I was thrilled to see Kistie, an extremely knowledgeable plumber, on the team. It's not often that you come across female plumbers in the trades, and her expertise and professionalism were truly impressive. She tackled every aspect of the project with confidence and skill, leaving no room for doubt that she is a true expert in her field. Jeremiah, on the other hand, proved to be an exceptional plumber who wasted no time in coming up with a game plan. He quickly assessed the situation and even went the extra mile to redesign the tanks' location in the basement, allowing for more space. His attention to detail and problem-solving abilities were truly remarkable, and I was amazed at how efficiently he executed the project. Last but not least, Josh, the young learner on the team, deserves a special mention. Despite his relative inexperience, he displayed an eagerness to learn and a dedication to his craft that was truly commendable. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it was clear that he was eager to contribute to the team's success. Together, the three of them pulled out and replaced a submersible well pump over 400' deep, a task that required immense skill and precision. Additionally, they replaced the old rusted tank with a new fiberglass well tank, which provided us with more storage capacity. The end result was nothing short of exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Overall, my experience with Mom And Pop Plumbing & Drain Service was outstanding. I started cooking for the Christmas party at my house before company and ended up clogging my sink I couldnâ t unclog it and calling up Mom and Pop plumbing and Drains and they had somebody here in an hour and was able to unclog my sink for me so I can continue prepping for the party and my guests never knew. They arrived in a timely manner and were courteous and well mannered while helping me by wearing shoe covers to protect my clean floors. They were a big help!

I called mom And pop plumbing and drain services, I must say I've never had a better experience with any company in my home then I had with mom and Pop, the technicians were punctual, the problem was resolved immediately and a representative advised us that we can go through our homeowners insurance to get all the damage restored, I would not hesitate to call them again especially since I've Only heard great things about this company thank you all!!!

Had some flooding in the basement called and requested service. To have the water pumped out and dried and sanitized so no extra damage would happen. They arrived quickly and were very nice and explained every step of the way so I could understand the process. Everybody I spoke with were very nice and experienced in their area to help assist me. After they finished drying and cleaning my basement for me they even cleaned and sanitized some of the content that was wet that I wanted saved.

During the recent storm, my home incurred water damage. I looked around for a company to help ASAP. I found Mom and Pop plumbing. They came out to assess the situation very fast and pumped the water out and fixed the damage. They were very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The crew was polite and professional! They did everything they said they were going to do in a timely manner at a great price. They were able to replace my entire sewer line in less than a day. They handled all the permits and call before you dig. I will recommend Mom and Pop for all my plumbing and drain cleaning needs.

I had a blockage in my toilet which cause it to overflow into my floors and into my basement. I have never had to deal with something like this before. I reached out to Mom and Pop Plumbing and Drain service and they were excellent. Brian came right out and even helped me file a claim with insurance. The entire process went so smoothly. And all my damaged materials were removed by the crew and cleaned. They dried everything and even worked with my insurance directly to assist in anyway they could. I could not recommend them more they were excellent.
