Our experience with this company was excellent. Very efficient. Quality of work was again, excellent. Always showed up on time and worked very hard every day. They kept the property around the house very clean and clear of any construction debris. They took great care to protect the garage door and parking pavers from any potential damage. Our salesman, Calvin Lillion was very professional and always attentive to any questions or concerns. He was always available and always returned our calls promptly.it was an absolute pleasure to work with him and Island Roofing. We would not hesitate to use therm in he future.

Still trying to get Island to finish their roof work. The workmanship is very poor, responsiveness has been horrible. They left the roof with globs of concrete tipped with a metal piece they claim is flashing but it is laying on the top of tiles. There are other sections that are very poorly finished also. It took 3 months (not weather-related) to finish the job and it still is not finished properly.

Do NOT hire this firm. After Irma, their representative assured us they would work with our insurance company to secure a new roof, new gutters and a new exterior paint job at no additional expense to us. Although they quickly put on a new roof, they damaged our property in the process: rain leaked into the master bedroom closet; they trampled bushes which then died; and they drove away leaving an outdoor faucet running full blast until I returned home 48 hours later and turned it off. Then, despite constant and numerous communications with our representative, the house sat with unsealed wall stucco, no gutters, and unsecured roof tiles/mortar for OVER ONE YEAR. At that point, because we did not want the exposed stucco to be damaged by yet another rainy season, we had it painted at our own expense. It is important to note that Island Roofing had been in receipt of 100% of the insurance payments (totaling $85,000) since the prior year; so insufficient funds was not an excuse. I also then bypassed our representative and went directly to the General Manager. The GM was responsive, so that the roofing job was finally completed: gluing loose tiles, replacing cracked mortar, and staining the mortar. He had new gutters installed, and authorized us to be reimbursed for the stucco painting, less their 20% cut for project management/profit! This was a very poor experience. Shame on them.
