"Thank you for your review!"
"I apologize that you had a poor experience with me and my company. I have high standards and expectations for work done and customer satisfaction. I' am sorry I missed the mark in your eyes. I do not wish to go into detail about our interaction, as this is not the place to do so. I will respond to your review, however. After receiving your letter via certified mail three months after you terminated our contract, I replied and I hoped we had resolved the grievance. Your letter stated that if I did not comply with your demand for a $1500 refund you would leave negative reviews on all available platforms. I tried to show that a refund of your deposit was not possible due to material cost and labor. I did all I could to make this project work at a low cost and on the timeline, you stated funds availability. I am sorry you feel cheated and hope that your project gets completed. If you feel the need for further communication please reach out offline through email, mail, or phone."
"Thank you for the positive feedback and it was a pleasure working with you."
