First reached out after getting the name off from one of the trucks. I needed a 150 year old Oak removed as it was hanging over and leaning toward the house. Bryan's quote was only slightly higher than two others but the quality of service, level of professionalism from he and his crew (and the Central Maine Crane operator, which wasn't included in the other quotes), and attention to detail during removal and cleanup after was like the workmanship and movement of a fine watch. Highly recommend!

Bryan was also willing to work within my budget, which I really appreciated. Last November, I had a birch tree cut down by another company. The wood was left behind for a friend who never came, so I called Pro Tree Service for removal. The difference in service was night and day. They removed everything quickly and went above and beyond. The previous company left a tall stump, and without me asking, Bryan cut it down further. Leaves had piled up over the winter, and his crew cleared and cleaned everything thoroughly. Bryan made sure there was nothing left for me to do - I could just enjoy my backyard again. Absolutely exceptional service.

Put in a quote request on 04/26/2026 and Bryan called right away. Scheduled a quote for the next morning. After getting thew quotes and chatting We hired him. They came the same day to get the tree cut down and everything cleaned up and removed. Very professional, quick and polite team. Will hire them for future needs and will most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for tree needs.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Arborists and their courtesy and caring for my property. I was also impressed with their cleaning up all the debris in my and my neighbor's yard/driveway. My Bridal Wreath bushes, Rhododendron bush and hedges were not damaged. Along with power lines near the tree, it was they had a tight space to work in and they handled it all beautifully! I was also pleased with the courtesy of the Cost Estimator and impressed with his expertise.

Bryan Moore came to our home the same day I called. He confirmed that we had a tree that needed to be taken down ASAP. He was here early the next day and got the tree down quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to hire Pro Tree Service again.

This is a well-known business in the Vassalboro area. I've used them for tree work twice. I know 3 other people who have used them and were very happy. If needed, they have the skills to do complex tree work, near structures and power lines. Nice people. Easy to work with and competent.

Bryan and his employees did a wonderful job removing two large trees on our property, trimming a large maple and cleaning up the yard afterwards. We would also like to thank them for the kindness and attention they showed our 3-year-old great grandson.

Bryan met with our Code Enforcement as we needed shoreline trees removed .This was the third time we have hired this crew. Our neighbors were so impressed they hired them also IF YOU WANT THE BEST CALL THEM !!!

I was very impressed . Bryan and his crew arrived promptly and trimmed two trees, remove a tree infested with brown tail and trimmed my hedges. As limbs were cut they ground them up and cleaned the area up. The process was repeated on the hedges. Bryan and his crew worked as a team, efficiently, safely, professionally. Pricing was affordable. I would highly recommend this service .

Brian (owner of tree service) came exactly on time and took a look and could do it right then. He listened and cleared the tree limbs and ground it in his grinder and even swept the ground afterwards. What a guy. He was patient despite the heat and the dust and his hauling the heavy branches to his grinder. I'm grateful to have found him again, as he had done excellent work for me before.
