Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
I do not recommend this contractor. Word of advice: get a written quote instead of relying on a verbal quote from this man. Lesson learned. He ended up charging us almost double what was quoted. When we questioned him about the cost adding up to way more than we were quoted, he yelled at us over the phone and said, ?Everybody?s got to eat, but I?m out here starving.? Very unprofessional!! After this phone call & us paying what he asked, he went AWOL before the project was even completed (the spackling was still wet). He stopped returning our phone calls & stopped sending workers to finish the job. One worker who apparently parted ways from the contractor offered to finish the job on his own for a little extra cost. The final result does not look professional & we need to hire another contractor now to fix this job. This whole experience has been traumatic for us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
