Upon communicating with Crystal, we initiated the process of our relocation. Initially, we received an overwhelming number of calls from brokers and third-party entities, which made it challenging to discern their identities and purposes. Crystal took the time to provide a detailed explanation regarding the distinction between the parties involved, the procedures of moving, and I felt a great sense of assurance in her capabilities. My husband and I have been residing in an RV and our belongings have been in storage for two years. Although I made an effort to recall the specifics, I inevitably overlooked certain details. However, the team was extremely equitable in handling the forgotten items and even generously provided ten complimentary boxes for packing to assist me. Despite the unforeseen circumstances such as delivery delays, legalities, weigh stations, and so on, I understand that these are beyond their control. Therefore, I am not inclined to hold them accountable for the delivery, which occurred a day later than anticipated. I was initially hesitant to proceed due to a few unfavorable reviews; however, it is evident that not all customers can be satisfied. In an ideal world, every transaction would be flawless, but we do not inhabit such a world. I will not criticize this exceptional team for factors beyond their control. The pricing was eminently reasonable, and both crews at pick-up and delivery were courteous, respectful, and took excellent care of all items. Upon delivery, I noticed that my bicycle was missing, but they promptly returned it, as it was concealed behind blankets. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and will undoubtedly refer them to anyone seeking a fair price and exceptional people. Many thanks for everything.
