"These ratings be confusing me. I'm always working towards a 5 star review but I get mix messages like this one. 4.5 across the board but they would highly recommend me to anyone. I was on time, apparently I?m very knowledgeable, I fix your issue in no time, I kept you in the loop the whole time and that still wasn?t enough for a 5 star review. Okay... I will continue to perform my duty at the highest level; if I fall half a point off greatness at least I know that I'm still on target. Thank you for the opportunity and the review."
"Value for the money. Allow me to translate what this customer is trying to say. This guy is good and expensive. Only because customers do not like to pay! SKILLED LABOR IS NOT CHEAP/CHEAP LABOR IS NOT SKILLED! This customer wanted me to buy her materials out-of-pocket, give her a discount on the purchase from the very famous home appliance store plus she wants a discount on the labor and a grantee on the materials she just purchased from that store We are a full service electrical company not concierge service company. Your job is done. Everything works like it supposed to! You are welcome. Thank you for the opportunity and the review."
"It was fun for me to sell myself to this customer. I did the site survey to see first hand what the customer needs were. I Tailored the job to suit her needs. I explained the billing process and left it alone. Days later she text me that she was ready to move forward; so we set up a time and day to get the job done. She had a fancy chandelier that she couldn't find the instructions for, I had to figure it out with the million pieces that was handed to me. It took me a while to figure out but she was super sweet and accommodating to me so it did feel like I was being thrown under the bus here..lol. Thank you for the opportunity and the review"
"This customer is way too sweet. I got a call from this customer stating she needed HARD wired smoke detectors threw out her unit. (New requirements). We schedule the site survey so I can see the job to give her a quote. After the site survey was completed, she pointed to another part of the house (the kitchen) saying, hey I will need you to troubleshoot this for me on your next visit because this hasn?t been working for close to 12 months. She told me she had 3 other technicians who troubleshoot her issue but couldn?t find the problem; at that point I was interested. I when back to the car to grab my ?toys? (#tools). Result; let there be lite"
"This site survey turn into a service call. I was there just to look at a job until the customer told me she has been in the dark in her bathroom for months. Although it was Christmas Eve I wasnt going to let the customer sit in the dark for god knows how much longer. So I went back downstairs (3rd FL) walk-up to get my tools. I knew what the problem was, so I fixed it. 45min later... let there be light. Happy holidays and thank you for the opportunity and the review."
"This was a very interesting job. The request was to change all the outlets and switches threw out the whole building. (3 floors). I gave the customer a deal. You purchase the material so you can see where your money is going and pay me for the labor; which worked out great for both of us. This guy is a excellent customer. He knew what he wanted and had more problem paying. Thank you for the opportunity and the review... happy holidays"
"This customer I hire an electrician to install a light fixture for him in his condo. He had some smart devices he need to be installed but the other guy would not touch it because he was not sure how to install them. Great opportunity for me because I am a expert at installing devices. He was a bit nervous because the last electrician had him on edge. I spoke to him to calm him down, which he did calm down. I did my JOB 100%. He is happy and the rest is history. Thank you for the review and the opportunity. Happy holidays"
"Thank you for the review and the opportunity. I appreciate your business."
"Thank you for the review I appreciate your business."
"I love when customers leave you a rating but do not leave a comment... that?s the way too weed out problematic customers. This lady hired a handyman to install a unit which should have been handled by an electrician. Guess what?!? He put a screw threw her wire damaging her circuit. VALUE: the service call was $100, I charged her $80. I cannot do this for free when I?m paying for these leads. QUALITY: I troubleshoot your circuit 10 different ways to unsure that the circuit was truly damaged, which it was. I closed everything I open up during troubleshooting. I label the damage circuit for the next guy. I clean up! What more can I DO?!?! SMH"
"Value: PLEASE keep in mind that I am a professional. (Skilled labor isnt cheap, cheap labor isnt skilled). I got a lead from home advisor stating that this customer is in the market for an electrician. When I got there the customer was expressing how unsatisfied he was with the contractor who was playing electrician in his house. Im not bad mouthing other contractors so Im not feeding into this. He showed me the job, what his needs were and the reason for me being there. I got straight to work. Undo everything the the last guy did and got the job done. The deed was done 100 percent. Youre welcome"
"Value for the money! The going rate is $95 an hour, which I didnt charge the customer. I showed up on time for our schedule appointment. The customer wasted 1 hour of my time, which I didnt bill him for. I had to leave to meet up with my next appointment. I returned later that evening with the materials needed to get the job done. I guess I did the job to quick for the customer liking. Customers you are not paying for my time, you are paying for my 20 plus years of experience out in the field. Im Efficient at my job because I Practice doing electrical work for at least 14-16 hours a day. I can and will work for cheap but I cannot work 4 3"
"One of my friends begged me to work for this customer, saying she was in a real need for a professional electrician, from that point I was interested. When the customer saw me she didn't know what to expect of me. LoL. I ensure her that she was in good hands and she won't be disappointed with what's about to happen here. She was happy with me and the service that was provided to her. Now I think I need to pay her for advertising... smh. Thank you for the opportunity and the review"
"This right here is serious. This customer studied my profile and hired me after receiving a bad review on another site. I made to clear to all my future customers, don?t deprived yourself of a great service because of 1 negative review. She?s happy with her decision of hiring me because I am 70% cheaper than most of the people you will make contact with. Now I?m doing so much work for this customer, I?m now part of their family...lol"
"Thank you for choosing Select Electrical Services LLC, we appreciate your business and the opportunity"
"QUALITY: I used rubber gloves so my handprint would not be all over the light fixture and walls. I use shoe covers if I was going to step on any carpet. After my work was done, there was no electrical fault on my end. VALUE: I charge this customer $180 to install 1 light fixture, 2 outlet covers and 1 dimmer switch and cover. The customer did not have the right light bulb so I had to go to a hardware store to get them. I informed her that the light would be super bright and she will need a dimmer, she said she would be fine without a dimmer until the bulbs went in and now she needs a dimmer switch. Okay back to the hardware store I go."
"Thank you for the review. I appreciate the opportunity. Mr McKenzie was playing electrician until he run into an electrical problem which needed solving right away. I showed up, troubleshoot and fix the issue he was having with his lighting system. Although he was not happy he had to call an electrician, he was happy to pay knowing that he and his family can sleep safe at night."
"Thank you for the review. I appreciate the opportunity. Miss Nelson contacted me with a tall order 3 days before Christmas; I told her, wow you are an interesting young woman. She was hosting a dinner party on Christmas Day and wanted to show off her fancy light fixture which she was trying to install herself. I did for Miss Nelson what I don?t normally offer to customers, drywall repair. In this case I need that part of the job to be done properly before I install her light fixture, so I did the drywall repair work. The job was done like it came with the house and all we did was installed her light fixture."
"Thank you for the review, Miss Catching. Happy holidays"
