After getting estimates and recommendations from other companies for wood , carpet and wood look tiles project, we decided to go with MP Flooring ( Abbey Floors and Carpet) because the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Each of the staff had their own recommendations based on their area of expertise from wood, carpets, financing etc. Shah, who helped us decide on the right type of materials we wanted was very patient and thorough. Not only did he explain the detailed charges and cost of our project (no hidden surprises) but also educated us on the types of materials and the care of each flooring we picked. The wood installers, Aaron and Donovan were both professional. Did not waste anytime, in installing my wood and wood look tiles despite of some challenges. Both were easy to talk to when concerns were addressed. And both took pride of the products of their labor, very friendly Kudos. Carpet installers were the same. I am very happy with my new wood floors, wood look tiles and carpet.

Best prices and quick install.

Great selection of floor coverings. They let you take samples home and then order larger samples needed to make the best choice. Installation team moved large pieces and furniture, efficiently installed the carpets and replaced furniture to its original location. We are contemplating additional flooring and intend to use MP (Abbey) Flooring.

I think the problem with my job was I was dealing with the wrong person. After talking with my initial contact for two weeks because of the price changing three times and getting stood up for an install, I finally asked to talk to my point of contacts manager and it was all wrapped up less than 24 hours later.

The man who came and installed our carpet was GREAT, QUICK, and very PROFESSIONAL. However, I would rate their customer service very low. They called me multiple times, forgetting that they had previously called, forgot that I had ordered carpet and called to ask if I wanted to order carpet, and when we went in the store to look at the sample, two of the workers were having a very loud argument and did not stop to ask if we needed help. It was very awkward and unprofessional. They did offer us the LOWEST price though, so we went with them and the installation and carpet turned out great.

The folks at the shop and the installers are great people, super willing to get whatever your project is done the way you want it done.

Everything with Abbey Floors was seamless from getting the estimate to dropping off the keys to our home for the install. The doors look exceptional. We are very pleased and we'd recommend their services in a heartbeat. Price was critical. They charged 50% LESS to install carpets in our 1,450 square foot home than their competitors. Outstanding!

Seth was very friendly and made sure the job was done right. I wish the contractors were a bit better prepared and ran over time. But they did the work carefully and the floor looks great
