Mary Ann Ehrike Project: Mitigation Mike is personable, neat, very knowledgeable. He explained everything in "layman's" language. The outside mitigation unit fit right in to the home's exterior. When he was finished, he made sure we had all the information we needed. Bonus...his bid was less than I expected. I would highly recommend him .
