The project manager acted as a professional, not as a salesman, which was appreciated. The price estimate was neither the highest nor the lowest of the estimates we collected, but reasonable. When the scope of the job decreased due to external factors, the estimated price was reduced reasonably with no issues. The work crew were on time or early throughout the job, did very good work, and completely cleaned up the work debris before leaving. We explained the requirements set by our neighbors and our homeowners association, and they were followed - they made sure that when the work was partly done that I came out to inspect to make sure that it met the requirements. The job was also completed within the time estimate. I would hire this company again, and would recommend them to my neighbors.

Liar, liar pants on fire. It feels like a nightmare. What was to take a month has stretched out to 8 months and is still not completed. It is going to take at least two more months before the cabinets are installed. That is because he would not pay the vendor to get it scheduled. Of course that is not what he told me. Never have I dealt with a company so poorly run.

They were great about answering all questions and providing suggestions that made the project better. They were very professional and good about keeping me up to date on wnat was done and what was scheduled for the next day. No hidden costs. Very pleased with the end results.

M&P came on time to evaluate my project, provided a quote within the hour, and committed to do the project promptly. The crew was prompt, friendly, and worked hard on the project. They were a joy to work with.

Alfredo came out immediately to give a bid. Their bid matched another we have used before but they were able to start the next day vs. waiting 5 months. Now we can enjoy our decks for the rest of summer. Alfredo's company has grown but he does his best to keep it very personal. His crew of two (Elias and Romero) worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied. They came out to bid on one deck and we added the second because they were so easy to work with and were available. Though they are growing it still feels like we now have our own personal contractor.

The whole experience was great. They were friendly, professional, thorough, and promptly responded to our questions. Fantastic company to work with. And we love our new composite deck.

**Updated Review. I urgently needed my deck replaced (it was literally falling apart) and reached out to M&P for a quote. They returned my call the same day and came out the following day to provide an estimate. The project started the following week and was completed by the end of the week. They did such great work that I asked them for a quote on replacing the siding of the house. They completed the project in a little over a week despite finding and repairing some water damage to the floor inside my living room. Nacho did am amazing job showing me what the damage was and explaining how it would be repaired step by step. He made me feel at ease knowing that my house was in good hands. I look forward to many more projects with this excellent team. Thanks guys for making my home beautiful and safe. You guys are the best.
