I have been a customer for many years and am finally walking away from the convenience of my routine. The owner Mark has been extremely rude. He may not need my business, but it is a shame that he was so disrespectful and rude to me. A large portion of my neighborhood uses him, and I wonder how many of them are single home owners. I do not deserve to be treated the way he has treated me.

Mark came out reviewed my situation and assessed and completed the work in a very timely manner and with precision. Assisted with moving and repairing my sprinklers. Cannot recommend enough!! -Jason

He takes the proper amount of time to do the job right and communicates what he is going to do beforehand. Mark called immediately after I accepted his invite. He reworked our entire sprinkler system and we have 15 zones. He even showed us how to program out rust inhibitor in order to save solution. In our opinion, he's the best.

Mark Miller had the best customer service and response to my calls, questions and concerns. He showed up promptly when he was scheduled too, and even called me when he was running a few minutes early to make sure that was acceptable by me. As busy as he was, he always took a few minutes out of his day to return my calls. I have hired many contractors and various types of work and services around my home and Mark was one of the most efficient, prepared, great at trouble shooting the problems that arose and would not leave the job until it was complete and my entire (extensive) sprinkler systems, with all of its issues, was repaired, up an running smoothly. He is the 3rd company I had come out, and the first one to take care of all the issues!! He also has and excellent customer service attitude!
