Concrete Floor Coating Apply
Gianfranco came to my home in June 2022 to do an epoxy finish on my garage floor and garage entry. At first, all seemed well however the exterior of the garage floor which was grey became yellow, stained, and unsightly. He noted that the product used was not for exterior use which he should have known and said he would come back out and correct it with the proper exterior product. 7 months have passed and it is been 1 story after another. For the last 3 days, he has promised to come to do the repair and every day he has not shown up causing me to miss work waiting for him. Do not use this person for your epoxy work by any means. He indicated that he gives a 2-year warranty for what??? Unfortunately and after the fact, a quick search online I was able to find that he has done several other misdeeds to customers. DO NOT USE IT!! BE WARNED!!
