Honest, reliable, very good to work with

My issue turned out to be a little more difficult to diagnose. They stuck with it to figure out the problem, returned parts not needed. They were very responsive and friendly. Great customer service. Only company I will use!

The service person went over and above to complete the job, including running to get the appropriate hose that our new dishwasher did not come with. The job was done in a very timely fashion.

Joshua showed up on time for a repair, and when the dishwasher could not be repaired, he again showed up when he said he would for the installation of the new dishwasher. He also removed the old dishwasher. I had to contact him several times because of an ordering problem with Loweâ s, and he always answered my calls and texts. His customer service is excellent.

They were quick to repair our refidgerator and were friendly and polite. The bill actually ended up less than quoted. I was ready for someone to tell me I needed a new one but Josh was just the opposite. His company doesnâ t even sell new ones. I will always call them for repair and service.

Easy to schedule service and arrived on time.

They came out to ascertain situation of my dishwasher. They came to the same conclusion we came to that we needed to replace the door seal. They were to locate and return to our house to complete the repair. We never heard from them again. I had to call them several times to inquire where we were in the location of a seal. In short they could not find one but no one called us to tell us what was going on. My husband got on the internet and was able to purchase the seal from Sears parts. In arrived in short order. We paid $99.00 for nothing.

Overall experience good. Would use them again. Disappointed in not receiving follow-up when parts were delayed but chalking that up to them being new and working out their kinks.
