Found through Home Advisors. Promp callback. Was out first thing in the am.. Gave me a call to let me know aprox cost to repair problem. Furnace and leaking pipes fixed. Heat and water back on. Tenant has heat and water. Only one line not fixed, as it involves removal of ceiling. So only one shower and the laundry not working. Tenant is happy. I will remove ceiling tiles and fix those lines myself. I will use them again for service work

They estimated the work and then the actual cost was 25% over. When the plumber showed up to do job he did not have the right fittings. So I was charged extra hours labor while he got the right ones. Quality of work was good but, I would not use them again.

Matt comes with a female partner and they break things in the home and then charge for fixing them. They work together as a team. Matt tried to take me by surprise by changing appointment times and showed up at the original time. I wanted to have everything prepared for him since he had changed the time to a later time. I feel he should have called me with the new updated time so I could be prepared. I feel they are both frauds and scammed me out of additional money on repairs that were not needed originally.
