Had a deck replaced. Shortly afterwards, the ceiling beneath the deck started to leak. Contractor came out once and did state he probably should have put a new roof prior to install but now only wants to spray seal the leaks preferable from below. I had offered to pay for the Roof Repair if he would remove the deck and reinstall. This process has been prolonged and should have been resolved. I now have massive leaks with hard rain. Video evidence has been seen by the contractor.

He did carpentry work outside, installed exterior boards and painted etc. Replaced fence pickets (multiple). He repaired light fixture in hood vent, installed (replacement) a new electrical switch.; put up multiple rods, and replaced a malfunctioning aerator . Before he left, he asked if I needed anything else done. He was polite, efficient and demonstrated quality workmanship. I will definitely call upon him in the future.

Michael showed up on time, quickly analyzed my situation, and made the required repairs, including buying the required repair items, within a couple of hours. His work and work ethic helped me greatly.

Michael installed two gable vents for me, he responded to my request within a couple of hours, was able to come and meet with me to talk about the project. He measured the size of the gable vent, and went to Lowes right away to get the parts. Michael installed both of the gable vents the following day in a professional manner. He even clean up the area after he finished the project. He did a great job.
