Had a deck replaced. Shortly afterwards, the ceiling beneath the deck started to leak. Contractor came out once and did state he probably should have put a new roof prior to install but now only wants to spray seal the leaks preferable from below. I had offered to pay for the Roof Repair if he would remove the deck and reinstall. This process has been prolonged and should have been resolved. I now have massive leaks with hard rain. Video evidence has been seen by the contractor.

Was hired to put deck on rotted roof. I do not do roofs so I told him he should of replaced roof before deck, never said I should have. Told me roof leaked prior to work. Told homeowner about removing old deck supports would make a possible leak worse. Was told to just flash over it. Homeowner had every chance to postpone work and get a roofer out there but made the decision to go ahead with deck. Would not even let me off load a truck in driveway with materials, had to move by hand.
