They explained what would be the best generator for my home. They answered all my questions. All of them were very professional. They installed my generator in a very timely manner. I am so happy with their service and will use them again for any electrical service I may need in the service. It seems like great service is hard to find now but this company has great service.

M.R. Electric was on time and found the problem (which was not the circuit breaker). They fixed the wiring issue and I am very happy with their professional approach.

Paid $3600 to fix my generator and still not fixed. Said they would refund if they couldn't fix it and now they are saying Tough Luck. Never use them, they will cheat you out of your hard earned money.

A refund of electronic parts was never part of the conversation -- we explained that it was a risk to put new electronic parts on an old generator. M.R. Electric suggested a replacement from the start. Customer wanted to explore the fix-it route. The generator was running when we left the premises, but more problems arose -- as anticipated and mentioned beforehand to the customer. We ended up replacing the generator at a deeply discounted rate for the customer. All is up and running and the old generator was removed.

Is there a negative 10 rating?company owner is Liar & cheat. Sold me a generator à ¢à  à  a few years oldà ¢à  à  that was supposedly never installed. Gave me a 5 year warranty but everything wrong with it is never in warranty. After multiple issues I contacted Kohler direct to find this generator is registered to someone else - was over 5 years old when it was sold to me (So out of Kohler warranty) and had multiple warranty calls on it at the other owner (so they knew it had issues). Last outage they could not get it running first claiming it took a power surge (did not - everything else in house had no damage) & then claiming we did not have enough probane to provide needed pressure (38% which probane co. & Kohler said is more than enough). Most frustrating is after going 2 days w/o power & finding a legit company all it needed was a new air filter (which should have been changed at their annual $350 tune up done 2 months earlier). I will never allow them on my property again! BEWARE!!!

They gave me a great quote, but more than that, they gave a detailed quote, specifying everything to be delivered and the cost. Other vendors just gave a broad description without details and a bottom line. The team was punctual, professional set of the generator and then came back after the Propane tank was set up to complete the install. I've got other electric projects in mind for them next year.

Very knowledgeable and high quality work. The electrician explained what he was doing and got my authorization to make changes when necessary and you can tell they take pride in their work and do it correctly and so it looks nice. All work was fair priced and they met the estimated quote.
